Freedom Missions Conference/Festival
Permission Request
We request permission to plan and execute a missions conference individualized to our church's specific needs by participation in the Freedom Conference plan.
We agree to:
1. Use Christian and Missionary Alliance missionaries.
2. Submit schedule and missionary speakers' names to the district office six months before your conference.
3. Plan at least three separate events, which will include events for all ages.
4. Report the results to the district office (a report form will be provided) within two weeks following the conference.
5. Be responsible for all the conference expenses.
6. Schedule conference events at least three consecutive days between the months beginning September 1 and ending the third week of May. It is recommended that the same dates be set aside for missions conference each year.
7. Present and receive a Great Commission Faith Promise.
8. Commit to three-year involvement in Freedom Tour.
